Powered Turntable for Metal Sculpture

Autoquip’s custom turntable continuously rotates metal sculpture for private art collector.

To build a powered turntable for an art collectors metal sculpture where it could be set on a continuous rotation for display in his gallery.

Autoquip engineered a powered turntable with continuous duty drive and speed ranges of 0-3.5 RPM by using variable speed drive and prewired controls. Removable guarding placed around turntable to provide protection and design appeal.

The customer is very happy with the turntable and commented that it is working like a “gem”.
